BRIDGE: Represents strength, stability and our connection to the town of Killorglin.  The bridge also reinforces the concept of education as ‘building bridges’.

QUILL: Represents education in various forms; literature, art, music, etc.

SCROLL: Represents honour, pride, achievement, building towards the future.

CELTIC SWIRL: Represents Mary in the form of a halo.  She touches and joins together each of the other three elements.

The crest was designed By Jason Griffin a past pupil of Scoil Mhuire and a well known local artist.
